The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association (PHCC) is pleased to announce its 2026 Legislative Conference, taking place May 5-6 at the YOTEL in Washington, D.C. Registration is now open for members and fellow industry professionals.
This year’s conference — co-hosted with the American Supply Association (ASA) — will bring contractors and industry leaders to Capitol Hill to engage directly with federal legislators and advocate for key issues impacting the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry. Attendees will receive expert political insights, targeted issue briefings, personalized advocacy coaching, and scheduled in-person meetings with members of Congress.
The conference will feature keynote speaker Brent Buchanan, a nationally recognized government affairs strategist and expert on political trends and advocacy. Buchanan will provide attendees with timely insights into the current political landscape and practical guidance on how contractors can effectively engage with policymakers to advance the industry’s priorities.
Participants will also have the opportunity to educate policymakers on protecting America’s energy future, reforming energy policy, and supporting workforce programs and registered apprenticeships. Evening receptions and networking events will provide additional opportunities to connect with peers and policymakers.
Early bird registration and hotel block rates are available through April 10. For more information and to register, visit https://www.phccweb.org/legcon/.
