On January 14th, PHCC contractors, industry manufacturer representatives, chapter executives and staff headed to the White House to witness Foundation COO Cindy Sheridan sign the Pledge to America's Workers, committing the Foundation and PHCC to train 75,000 apprentices over the next five years.

The Foundation relies on the generous gifts of contractor volunteer time and dollars to deliver our educational programs and scholarships. We are endlessly grateful, but you should know that there are others who want to say thank you too. Here are messages from a few of the scholarship winners helped by our donors this year.

The PHCC Educational Foundation proudly welcomes Rick and Bonnie Whitaker as the newest members of the Foundation Board of Governors. This distinguished group – composed of leading contractors, manufacturers, and other industry partners who are major donors to the Foundation – is responsible for guiding the development of industry education and training programs for contractors and their employees.

The PHCC Educational Foundation proudly welcomes Joel and Renee Long as they join other major supporters in promoting the Foundation’s mission of developing apprentice, journeyman, and business management training programs for the success of plumbing and HVACR contractors, their employees, and the future of the industry.

The PHCC Educational Foundation held its annual Plumbing and HVAC Apprentice Contests at CONNECT 2019 in Indianapolis, Indiana. These contests could not be made possible without the generous support of our volunteers and donors. To continue in the spirit of giving, at the conclusion of the contests the PHCC Educational Foundation donates much of the materials used in the competitions to local charities. This year, the Foundation sought out the Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity and provided them with those materials.
