Sr. Manager, Membership & Chapter Relations

The Sr. Manager, Membership & Chapter Relations serves as a critical ambassador of PHCC, playing a key role in shaping the member experience and strengthening chapter engagement. As the primary point of contact for both members and chapter leaders, this position is at the forefront of advancing the organization’s mission through meaningful connections, responsive service, and strategic support. With direct influence over the full member lifecycle-from onboarding and engagement to retention and renewal—the Sr. Manager ensures a cohesive and rewarding journey for our members. This role also provides essential guidance and resources to state and local chapter staff and volunteers, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across the federation. Through proactive engagement and collaboration, the Sr. Manager helps drive membership growth, deepen member loyalty, and elevate the overall value of PHCC.
