Vice President of Business Development
The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors—National Association (PHCC) is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead the association’s non-dues revenue strategy and corporate partnership efforts. This senior leadership role is responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with industry manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers while driving revenue through sponsorships, exhibit sales, digital advertising, and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management; experience meeting revenue goals; and strong relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience working with associations, nonprofits, or membership organizations is preferred.
This hybrid position reports directly to the CEO and includes approximately 15% travel.
