Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association Mission Statement: Dedicated to the advancement and education of the plumbing and HVACR industry for the health, safety, and comfort of society and the protection of the environment.
The PHCC-National Association is the premiere organization for the p-h-c professional. Since 1883, PHCC has been the industry leader in promotion, advancement, education and training. PHCC’s notable achievements include:

During the 1880s, the transition from outhouses to indoor plumbing was moving at arapid pace, starting with better homes and commercial buildings. The burgeoningmarket for indoor plumbing spurred some gasfitters and other metal workers tospecialize in this work.
