What is the PHCC Labor Calculator?
The Labor Calculator is a software platform used to access the PHCC Labor Unit Database. The database provides consistent data on the time required to complete certain plumbing and piping jobs.
The desktop version of the PHCC Labor Calculator software has been retired as of January 2017. Current software users can continue to use the software until their subscription expires.
