Join us for a day of learning, inspiration, and networking as you hear from industry leaders and your peers designed to help you forge your path to being the next great leader in your community and the industry.

Program includes:

- Keynote address from Michael Parrish DuDell

- Industry Perspectives. Hear from C-Suite leaders on challenges the industry is facing and how gas prices, supply chain disruptions, worker shortages, and inflation are being dealt with.

-Ask Me Anything. Tony Bertolino of the Virginia Chapter of PHCC will host this session that gives attendees the opportunity to ask open questions related to all things career: how to find a mentor, navigating an industry in transition, leadership tips for the Next Gen, how to lead effectively, etc. Presented by Tony Bertolino, 2021 PHCC Plumbing Instructor of the Year and CEO of Bertolino Plumbing.

- Meet Rising Leaders of the P-H-C Community. In this session attendees from the Virginia chapter will hear first hand the personal paths 4 young leaders have taken to success, learn the SKA's they utilized to be a leader in the trades, experience first hand how they navigate hurdles, and their successes to date and their plans for the future!

- Closing Keynote. Hear from Jessie Cole, of the Savannah Banana, as he ties up the program and offers his own personal path to success!

After the Summit, attendees are invited to attend the PHCC CONNECT Closing Event at the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
