On August 16, President Biden signed the Inflation Reduction Act into law. There are energy provisions that will have an adverse impact on the plumbing and HVAC industry, and tax provisions that will hurt all contractors but others that may benefit HVAC contractors. The bill is over 700 pages long, but Chuck and Mark will go over the parts that have a direct effect on you. Join us on September 15 at 2pm to learn more.

Charles “Chuck” R. White serves as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for PHCC—National Association. White works closely with government regulatory bodies, such as the DOE, and serves on a number of councils and coalitions including NSPC, PERC, ABPA and IAPMO as a representative of PHCC’s contractors.
