PHCC West 2020 - MEETING CANCELLED
April 21 - 24, 2020

As we all get ready for our annual PHCC WEST gathering in Las Vegas, I think back on the times I have been to Las Vegas and how much it changes each time. At convention we attend meetings, seminars and mixers and the one constant we all discuss is how much our businesses constantly change.
This year’s speakers will help us face change by focusing on “Becoming Our Best,” which I know I can forget to do in the day to day grind of working and living. Rob Shallenberger is a great   presenter about getting you to where you want to be. Federated always has great information and resources to incorporate into company policies and to protect our businesses.
My favorite meeting is the “Contractor Roundtable.” The casual atmosphere helps us open up to other ways of thinking and reassess how we handle issues. The roundtable creates a productive environment to discuss the challenges we face and learn solutions from others.
PHCC WEST’s motivational speakers are very engaging and have a great way of relaying information to aid us all in our business and  personal life. Over the years I may have put on a few pounds and while I would not call myself a   “Pufferfish”,I am always looking to have a better effect on employees and clients.  I am willing to “Unleash My Super   Power!”  I need this seminar - lately it’s been old-guy-running-business power.
Combine the mixers, workshops, dinners and Tabletop Show - PHCC WEST 2020 is a great way to stay on top of the changes that we all deal with. I look  forward to seeing everyone and exchanging ideas while we have a great time in Las Vegas.
