Moen wants to help consumers achieve their dream shower in both style and function all while improving the install process for the professional. During this session you will learn about the new Moen M-CORE Universal Valve System which does exactly that. You will leave this session with an understanding of what makes M-CORE the right choice for your next job and what some of the most popular shower plumbing configurations are that you can achieve with Moen’s new universal valve system.
Learning Objectives
- Plumbers will understand business profit potential of this universal valve system.
- Plumbers will learn how to improve the installation process for new showers.
- Plumbers will be able to explain shower configurations available to the consumer with the new universal valve system.
Bob Burns has 18 years of experience at Moen in total with eight of those years in various roles within our Consumer Services group and eight in Product Marketing. His experience is in both Wholesale and Retail channels of the business, including managing Bath, Showering, Accessories, Commercial and Parts categories. Bob has 2 boys, and he is an avid Cleveland sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family.
Mike Reffner has been with Moen for 20 years and has managed all product categories within Moen Product Marketing.
