Debbie began in August of 2017 at the Executive Vice President of PHCC of California. She is a Certified Association Executive with over 20 years of organizational leadership, management and administration experience. She has worked in transportation, air quality, and agricultural industries in both associations and governmental agencies. Debbie is the 4th generation raised on her family’s livestock ranch in Sonoma County. She and her husband have lived in the greater Sacramento area since meeting as students at UC Davis, where she earned bachelor degrees in Rhetoric & Communications and Economics.

Wayne E. Thomas
Wayne has been the Executive Director for PHCC of Massachusetts since 2017. He is also a licensed plumber with over 35 years of experience as a PHCC Contractor member. Wayne and his wife have owned and operated Deacon Plumbing in Stoughton Massachusetts for over 40 years. Prior to coming to PHCC of Massachusetts, Wayne served as the Executive Director for the Massachusetts State Board of Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters. PHCC of MA runs a very successful annual Trade Show consistently offering 100 plus booths and accommodating over 1,300 attendees.
