New Programs Help Contractors Build Business and Develop All-Star Technicians

Expanding its specialized resources for plumbing and HVACR service and repair contractors, Quality Service Contractors (QSC) announces two new programs that can help those businesses achieve a competitive edge.

The programs include Pillars of Success, QSC’s new business development and management system; and Front Line Service Training that develops the customer service and sales skills of technicians.

“With these expanded educational offerings, we’re reinforcing QSC’s mission to help contractors achieve greater success by working smarter, not harder,” says Dan Callies, chairman of QSC, an enhanced service group of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors—National Association (PHCC).
