Course Overview
The purpose of this course is to teach technicians what the 5 most common sales objections are, and how they can identify the true issues with closing the sale and help the client buy today.  This class is for technicians that already have become familiar with the concept of running the “perfect service call” and are ready to dig deeper.
The five most common sales objections covered include:
1.   I Can’t Afford It
2.   Your price is too expensive
3.   I need to talk to my spouse/significant other
4.   I am getting 3 bids
5.   I need to think about it
Course Outline
1.  Learn to transition from the 5 common sales objections to the appropriate closes in each situation.
2. Learn how to distinguish between real objections and objections designed to “let you down easy” or “delay a decision” for various reasons
3.  Discover how to shut all the “doors” that are the concerns your clients may have.
