Beth A Dobkin

"Whether an unprecedented recession or an economic explosion, the business world is unpredictable. However, it is the unpredictable that helps us discover who we really are and how far we've come." Ask me thirty years ago and I assure you I would not have predicted that I would have built a career in the plumbing industry. Yet here I am through ups and downs with the knowledge that comes from 16 years of successful business ownership, 28 years of management and 16 years of consulting experience. Working with business owners is very rewarding and has given me the opportunity to share my knowledge and skills, helping others make their dreams a reality.

While Nancy and her husband have worked side by side for years, both their children are also involved in their business. Nancy can relate to the challenges of what our QSC members are all going through. And while she may not be an expert in the plumbing and heating industry - no one can take her expertise on customer service and communication skills away from her.
