Participants enrolled in this module will identify and propose approaches to improve motivational issues in the workforce by:
- Evaluating the effectiveness of different approaches managers can take to motivate employees
- Examining how the human resource function can impact motivation
- Analyzing how different organizational structures can influence individual and team motivation
Modality: Asynchronous e-learning with DeVry University faculty support
Access: Upon registration, you will receive access to your online training in the next available instructor-supported section, typically on the second Monday of every month. You will have access to the course material and instructor support for the first 30 days following enrollment. To receive your certificate of completion, you will need to complete the course content successfully during the instructor supported period. Following the instructor support, you will have self-directed access to the content for 11 months.
Time to complete: 5 – 12 hours depending on the course specifics.
System Requirements: Internet and audio enabled PC, laptop, or device.
Completion: Participants who successfully complete the module will receive a certificate of completion.
