Registration is now open for the CCA’s 2026 Spring Meeting! The host property for this event is the beautiful Chateaux Deer Valley in Park City, Utah. The event will be held from Wednesday, February 25, through Friday, February 27th.
The CCA Spring Meeting 2026 overnight room rate is $539.00 per night (plus taxes and $40 resort fee) for single and double occupancy accommodations.

To get to Deer Valley, fly into Salt Lake City International Airport, which is approximately 35 miles west of Deer Valley.
Registration Refund Policy: Cancellations received on or before January 25, 2026, will be charged a $75 cancellation fee per person. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after January 25, 2026. Attendee substitutions are always permitted at no charge.
