IMPACTFUL KEYNOTE
Tom Davis is a former Republican congressman for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He served seven terms and authored more than 100 bills that became law. Throughout his tenure in Congress, he was widely recognized as a skilled legislator, an honest broker, and a political mastermind. He is known for his encyclopedic knowledge of political minutia, often lecturing members of Congress on the electoral history of their own districts.

PHCC staff will provide a preliminary issues orientation virtually, a “first-timers” briefing for those who are new to advocacy (onsite), and a comprehensive issues briefing with keynote speakers (also onsite) to ensure you are prepared for your day of meetings on the Hill. Chapter executives will also be able to participate in a session to learn more about planning legislative conferences in their own state capitals.
