Apprentice and Journeyman Training
Apprentice training combines classroom instruction with on-the-job training where students learn both the theoretical and practical applications of a highly skilled trade. Apprenticeship programs are sponsored by employers, employer or labor organizations, and/or trade associations like PHCC’s local chapters.

Scholarship Information
Learning a skilled trade may be one of the wisest choices you can make right now. At a time when jobs are scarce and competition is heavy, trade skills can make you a top candidate for employment. The PHCC Educational Foundation and its partners have teamed up to aid students pursuing a career in the p-h-c industry. Awarding scholarship programs to well-deserved students benefits the industry by attracting new talent and also prepares these students for a rewarding career and fulfilling future.
Complete application forms with ALL supporting materials for 2011 scholarship awards are due May 1, 2011.
Attracting new talent is essential to the future of the plumbing-heating-cooling (p-h-c)industry. The PHCC Educational Foundation and its industry partners are teaming up toidentify and aid students pursuing a career in the p-h-c industry. The purpose of thesescholarship programs is to help students prepare for careers in the plumbing-heatingcooling(p-h-c) profession.
The Foundation administers scholarships funded by the PHCC Auxiliaries of Massachusetts and Texas.
