PHCC of Massachusetts Breaks Previous Fundraising Efforts,
Presents $32,000 to Special Needs Horseback Riding Program
For the past 19 years, PHCC of Massachusetts has held an annual golf tournament to raise funds to assist the local community. Breaking all previous records, this year the group raised $32,000 for the Lovelane Special Needs Horseback Riding Program. Based in Lincoln, Mass., the non-profit provides a unique service to children with disabilities in a fun, supportive environment. PHCC’s donation will pay for the upkeep of two horses for one year and help support Lovelane’s generous tuition assistance program. Way to give back to the community, PHCC of MA!
EPA is Firmly Enforcing Lead Paint Rule;
Be Sure You’re Certified and in Compliance!
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) just announced 75 enforcement actions in the past year alone related to violations of its Lead Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting regulations (read more here). Although EPA continues to work to expand the current lead paint rule to govern commercial and public buildings, the current standard for residential is the law.
