Join the Auxiliary
We are comprised of members who have a wide variety of backgrounds. The common denominator, however, is an interest in the p-h-c industry. We hold diverse jobs from nursing, teaching, homemaking, sales, business owners, contractors, secretaries, etc.... you name it. One can become involved or uninvolved as they wish to be.The PHCC Auxiliary consists of women and men with the purpose of "working in partnership with the plumbing, heating & cooling industry through cooperation, communication and education."
Last year we awarded more than $40,000 in scholarships, nationally. On state and local levels we work with many charitable organizations, such as women's shelters, food banks, hospitals, etc.... donating time, goods and money. Many state and local auxiliaries also give scholarships to qualifying students.
Thanks to all those who participated in this year's award program. The application process is now closed.

Special News and Acknowledgments
This is the 95th year of the National Auxiliary. What a milestone! The file above and bullets below represent the ten-year update of that history since the printing of the book, A Partnership Unique. Please enjoy this tribute to those who have served us so very well.
The Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History recently acquired archival materials from the PHCC-National Auxiliary, which tell the story of both women’s history and small business. The collection includes organizational records and 27 scrapbooks documenting the organization’s 92-year-old history. The complete collection relates to business history, especially family-owned business, advertising history and the history of technology in plumbing, heating and cooling. Read more.
Over the last fifty years, InSinkErator has made many, many contributions to the PHCC–National Auxiliary. For the last eighteen of those years, we have had the talents of Dennis Broderick supporting those contributions. We are far better and more effective for the growth and evolution that those talents have fostered. This book is a tribute to Dennis for all he has made possible. Of these, the greatest is friendships. We thank you!
While celebrating its 75th corporate anniversary and its 50th year of continued support to the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC) National Auxiliary programs, InSinkErator recently honored two outstanding individuals and seven PHCC auxiliaries during the association’s annual convention in Las Vegas.
CONNECT 2016 will be in San Antonio, Texas, and the National Auxiliary invites you to attend and discover what we can do for you!
